Debt Project Case Study
Design a better way for users to learn about finances that are struggling with debt.
Problem
We conducted a survey and interviewed 3 people that are struggling with debt. It is found that the major pain points of having debt is, not having budgeting skills and not being educated in money & management skills.
Solution
Teaching people how to budget and develop money management skills.

Reflections and Project Participation
I collaborated on this project with Erin Williams who also attends Bethel School of Technology.
Learned
While working on this project, I learned that it is easier to think of interview questions after conducting a survey. I feel like we got the most information about the users from the card sorting. During the card sorting, I noticed how some people sorted the cards by priority within the categories and some just sorted just by category.
Favorite Part
My favorite part was creating the wireframes because I could start taking the pictures in my mind and put them to the computer. That is what I am great at, using software to create
Least Favorite Part
My least favorite part was doing the survey and interviews.
If There Was More Time?
If I had more time, I would have spend more time on the wireframes to add more detail.
